FANUC M-10iD/12

The FANUC M-10iD/12 is a six-axis industrial robot with a 12 kg wrist payload and a 1441 mm maximum reach, built on a hollow-arm design with integrated cable routing through the arm, wrist and body. It is intended for handling small to medium-sized parts in compact cells, including assembly, dispensing, material removal, palletizing and picking/packaging tasks. It is the first model of the M-10iD series, succeeding the M-10iA/12, and is paired with the R-30iB Plus controller series.

Study notes

  • Repeatability of ±0.02 mm is stated as based on ISO 9283.
  • A hollow wrist version is listed as standard on request.
  • A food grade option of the M-10iD/12 is offered for food-industry users.
  • Moment/inertia limits at the wrist: J4 26 N·m / 0.9 kg·m2, J5 26 N·m / 0.9 kg·m2, J6 11 N·m / 0.3 kg·m2.
  • Protection ratings in the data sheet: body IP54 standard / IP65 optional; wrist and J3 arm IP67.
  • Motion range values listed per axis J1–J6: 340 (370), 235, 455, 380, 360, 900 degrees.
  • Average power consumption is 1 kW.
  • The robot is integrated into FANUC's ROBOGUIDE offline programming software.
  • The data sheet also covers the ARC Mate 100iD in the same operating-space figure.

Safety

  • When installing peripheral devices, avoid interference with the robot and its operating space.
