EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230

The Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 is EU legislation that harmonises essential health and safety requirements for machinery. It combines mandatory essential health and safety requirements with voluntary harmonised standards and aligns with the New Legislative Framework.
