Leader Standard Work

Leader Standard Work is a set of day-to-day management routines, sometimes called kaizen for management, that shifts managers from being the primary problem solvers to building the problem-solving capability of employees. It supports a culture of daily problem solving and the lean operational changes made during a transformation. Its five day-to-day tools are gemba walks, reflection meetings, response to andons, creating accountability, and mentoring people.
