Chaku-chaku is a method for running one-piece flow in a cell where each machine unloads its own finished part automatically. The operator takes that ejected part directly to the next machine, loads it, starts the machine, and carries the part that machine has just ejected onward, moving around the cell. The term means "load-load" in Japanese.
