The MZ07F is a six-axis articulated industrial robot with a hollow wrist for routing tool cables and hoses. It has a 7 kg payload and 723 mm reach, with ±0.015 mm position repeatability. It is intended for machine tending, material handling, palletizing, and dispensing.
Maximum moment of inertia: J4 0.49 kg·m², J5 0.49 kg·m², J6 0.15 kg·m².
Installation: floor, wall, inclined, or inverted.
Clean rating: CLASS4 based on an in-house assessment complying with ISO 14644-1.
Safety
Ambient operating temperature: 0 to 45 °C; ambient humidity: 20 to 85%RH with no dew or frost; vibration: ≤0.5G (4.9 m/s²).
Use at an altitude of 1000 m or less; ambient temperature is limited when the allowable altitude is exceeded.
The operating range is limited when mounted on a wall or tilted; example: J1 operating range is ±30° for wall mount.
Protection class is IP67 equivalent (dust-proof, moisture-resistant); organic solvent, acid, alkali, chlorine-based, or gasoline-based cutting fluid that deteriorates sealing cannot be used.
Explosion-proof version is not available.
For cleanroom use, install the robot in a down-flow type cleanroom; the robot is not in a dust-proof package, and dust and dirt must be removed and wiped clean before bringing it into the clean room.
