INDEX-TRAUB TRAUB TNK40-8B

The TRAUB TNK40-8B is the variant of the TNK40 production turning machine whose upper turret carries an additional B axis with a 105 degree swivel angle. It has two identical motor work spindles for bar stock up to 40 mm diameter running at up to 8,000 rpm, and two tool turrets with X, Z and Y axes. The longer Z travel of the upper turret allows the swivelling tool carrier to work over a larger area.
