Study notes

  • Repeatability of ±0.1 mm is stated in the datasheet as based on ISO 9283.
  • Maximum wrist moments and inertia: J4 and J5 2330 N·m / 500 kg·m², J6 1280 N·m / 360 kg·m².
  • Body protection is IP54 as standard, with IP56 available as an option; the wrist and J3 arm are IP67 as standard.
  • Mounting options stated are ceiling, floor, angle and wall configurations.
  • Optional Severe Dust and Liquid Protection (SDLP) kits protect the robot base, drive train and J1-J2 axes against dust and water.
  • The operating-space diagram shows a rear-side interference area behind the robot and a J5-axis rotation centre working envelope.

Safety

  • The datasheet states that surrounding equipment must not interfere with the robot and its operating space; a rear-side interference area is defined in the operating-space diagram.
  • J3 arm and wrist carry IP67 protection as standard; optional SDLP kits extend dust and water protection to the base, drive train and J1-J2 axes.
