WirelessHART is an industrial wireless communication network and communication profile specified in IEC 62591:2016. The standard defines physical-layer, data-link-layer and application-layer services and protocols, network management, security, communication profile and gateway procedures. It is specified as Communication Profile CP 9/2 (CPF 9) in addition to IEC 61158 Type 20 and IEC 61784-1.
