The SRA133L-01 is a six-axis articulated AC servo robot in Nachi's SRA series, built for spot welding in automotive body assembly and also used for machine tending, material handling, palletizing and dispensing. It carries a 133 kg payload, reaches 2,951 mm and holds ±0.15 mm position repeatability, and is floor mounted. Motion is programmed through the Nachi FD controller, which also provides servo gun control for spot welding.

## Safety

- Permitted installation height is not higher than 1,000 m above sea level; if used higher, the permitted temperature is affected by height.

## Study notes

- The SRA series is driven by Nachi FD controllers; no FD controller entry exists in the reference list, so the controllers field is left empty.
- SRA series payloads span 100 kg to 240 kg, with floor-mount, invert-mount and long-reach models over 3 metres.
- Allowable static load torque for the SRA133L-01: 800 N·m on axes 4 and 5, 400 N·m on axis 6.
- Allowable moment of inertia for the SRA133L-01: 76 kg·m² on axes 4 and 5, 38 kg·m² on axis 6.
- Forearm flange allowable load: 45 kg, or 90 kg at maximum.
- The axis 3 working envelope is printed as two values in the three-model table (-127.7 to +150° and -133.4 to +150°), so the SRA133L-01 value cannot be determined; only its speed is recorded.
