# Nachi Robotics EC06

The EC06 is a four-axis SCARA robot intended for assembly and handling work, offered in three versions with 500 mm, 600 mm or 700 mm maximum reach. Its J4 tip axis is hollow, so tubes and hoses can be routed through the axis to the tool. Motion ranges are ±140° on J1, ±150° on J2, a 200 mm stroke on J3 and ±360° on J4.

## Safety

- Operating ambient temperature must stay within 0 ~ 40 °C.

- Standard cycle time: 0.39 s (500 mm), 0.40 s (600 mm), 0.42 s (700 mm).
- Position repeatability X+ composite ±0.02 mm; J3 (Z) ±0.01 mm; J4 (θ) ±0.005°.
- J3 upward/downward stroke is 200 mm with a maximum velocity of 1100 mm/s.
- J4 tip axis has a hollow structure so tool tubes and hoses can be routed through it.
- Axis 3 maximum pressing force 100 N.
- Maximum static load torque 0.05 kg·m² (rated 0.01 kg·m²).
- Air tubes: primary φ6×2 and φ4×2; secondary φ6×2 and φ4×2 without a built-in valve, or φ6×1 and φ4×5 with a built-in valve.
