## Safety

- Install under oil-mist-free and dust-free conditions with humidity 75% RH or less.
- Ground resistance should be less than 10 Ω and grounding should be isolated from other machines.
- Concrete foundation ground of 400 mm or more is recommended; vibration amplitude should be 2 nm or less in the 10–20 Hz band.
