The Beckhoff CX8180 is an embedded PC for industrial control, built around an Arm Cortex-A9 processor at 800 MHz with 512 MB DDR3 RAM. It runs Windows Embedded Compact 7 and TwinCAT 3 runtime, provides one RJ45 Ethernet interface and a 9-pin D-sub with RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces, and connects to E-bus or K-bus I/O terminals with automatic recognition. It is programmed with TwinCAT 3 over Ethernet.
