The Beckhoff CX7291 is an embedded PC in the CX7000 series with an Arm Cortex-A9 single-core processor at 720 MHz. It provides eight multi-functional digital inputs and four multi-functional outputs, a microSD card slot, an Ethernet interface, and a switched RJ45 bus interface for BACnet/IP. ## Study notes

- CX7000 series has eight integrated multi-functional inputs (24 V DC) and four integrated multi-functional outputs (24 V DC, 0.5 A, 1-wire connection technology).
- E-bus or K-bus terminals can be attached; the CX7291 automatically recognizes the connected I/O system during start-up.
- The control system is programmed with TwinCAT 3 via the Ethernet interface.
